Armenian monument Hachkar, Bansko

The monument is a gift to Bansko from the Republic of Armenia in glory of Peyo Yavorov and his poem "Armenians". It is in the form of a cross, and on its base are written the famous Yavorov' words - "Brothers, drop off the fez (turkish hat), from now on, you are free Bulgarians". The monument "Hachkar" (translated from Armenian language - Stone Cross) is located near the Church of the Holy Trinity.
