Located in central town area on Marshall Tito Street. Probably built just before the First World War. The building is mainly symmetrical, which is particularly emphasized on the front facade, but also in the main layout of the three levels. It consists of a ground-floor shop, with wooden stairs and two floors above. Between the ground and upper floors there is an interspace. The building is privately owned and has a status of a cultural monument.
