Provides facilities for amateur art and celebrations on the territory of four villages' - Mesta, Gostun, Osenovo and Obidim. The aim is to satisfy the population' needs related to the enrichment and development of the cultural life of the villages. The Community center is the initiator and the main organizer of the festive calendar. Through the formed amateur groups all celebrations are accompanied by a lot of fun, live music and artistic programs. It works with young amateur students, a folk group led by Atanas Yanchovichin, a school for the training of musical instruments led by Marin Bardarev and folk dances with head Valentina Drunchilova. One of the main units is library's activity.
