The main institution priorities are to create, protect and disseminate spiritual values, to develop creative abilities and to satisfy the cultural needs and interests of local population, to create conditions for communication between people, to support and organize cultural initiatives. It was reconstructed under the project "Culture, Traditions and History - a Bridge to our European Future" under the IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria - FYROM 2007-2013. It was build up in two levels using the large room height by a metal structure. On the first level is placed a multifunctional hall for different kind of events. And on the second level there is a hall for different activities, organization of various interest workshops, a small library with a reading room and computers.
