This project is co-financed by the European Union through 
Historical monument of national importance. It is located about 7 km away from the town of Dobrinishte along the road to the hut "G. Delchev". It was built in memory of the first Bulgarian partisan who led the first partisan' battle on 26 June 1941 with the fascist police. East of the monument there is a fishpond built by Kozarev in 1939-1940.
